Mackenzie Stuart Executive Search & Selection is working in close partnership with a leading top-tier subsea equipment manufacturing company. The organisation is one of the major equipment manufacturers in the world with a renowned global presence.
Due to expansion, the organisation is seeking to recruit a Sales & Tender Proposals Manager - Subsea SURF Products - based in Houston - to manage tender to sales activities across North America for the SURF business unit. This a key position within the sales function and the candidate must match the exact requirements.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
*Over 8+ years Oil & Gas Industry experience with technical product line expertise in SURF and Subsea products
*Educated with an Engineering or Business degree discipline
*5+ years' experience in sales and tender management functions within Subsea Oil & Gas Industry
*Possess a strong technical understanding of SURF and Subsea equipment
*Proven experience in managing inquiries, tenders and sales processes across the region
*Possess a strong network of contacts and clients across the region to deliver new sales and business opportunities
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
*Manage sales and tender activities across North America for the companies SURF business unit.
*Act as the focal point for all client interactions and building key relationships with senior executives in international oil companies
*Provide technical expertise to engineering and manufacturing departments to deliver coherent tender and product delivery timelines to perspective clients
*Actively pursue new sales by travelling extensively and calling upon a your network of contacts
*Travel extensively across the region to provide client support and to deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients
*Work alongside senior executives within the business to create long term development plans for the business unit.
This is senior level position and the successful candidate can expect to benefit from exciting career progression within an ever growing organisation.
